If you’ve ever felt uncertain about how to handle a return-to-duty process—or what exactly a SAP is supposed to do—this webinar is for you.

In Part 4 of the *Mastering Your DER Role* series, we walk through the full return-to-duty process: what’s required under Part 40, what’s company policy, and what you *can’t* do (even with the best intentions). We cover second chances, follow-up testing, recordkeeping, and how to make sure your SAPs are truly qualified.

This session is perfect for DERs and compliance professionals seeking to refine their expertise in drug and alcohol testing.

**40 Minutes**
