Improved Data Visibility   -  Added group information to testing reports.  Easier Clinic Search   - Simplified clinic lookup by allowing users to search using ZIP code and radius, with city and state now optional.  **Data Feeds & Integrations** - Fixed a demographic file import issue caused by department-group mismatches. ## May 22, 2026 Release ## **2.1.34** **Checklists** - Expanded edit permissions to now include the ability to assign permissions, giving users greater flexibility in managing checklist access. **Qualifications** - Fixed an issue where Exception Reports were not displaying all exceptions due to filtering. All exceptions are now correctly included in the report.  - To improve clarity, the "Qualifications Exception Report" has been renamed to **Requirement Renewal Report.**        **General** - "CSV Upload Status" tab changes: - Added downloadable error files for easier troubleshooting - Improved error list navigation with enhanced scrolling and pagination - Separated auto-assignment feeds and manual uploads into distinct tabs for better organization and visibility.   ## May 13, 2026 Release ## **2.1.33** **Qualifications** - Team Cards in the User App are now displayed only for users with the "*Manager in User App*" permission enabled within the Qualifications module, with no impact to visibility or experience in other modules.  **Users** - User exports now include which user had auditor permissions, along with the duration of each user's access. **Bug Fixes** - Fixed an issue where inactive tests were incorrectly appearing in Operations Tests. This bug was limited to the timer view.  ## April 30, 2026 Release > ## **2.1.32** **Checklist Updates: ** - We've added a new Assign permission for checklists, providing more flexibility in user access - View: View-Only access (no actions column) - Edit: Can update checklist details (no actions column) - Assign: Can use the Actions column but cannot edit checklist details *Users who need both editing and assigning capabilities must have both permissions enabled. * **All Modules: **    - **Offline Experience:** When offline, users will now see a pop-up allowing them to either wait for reconnection or view certification cards.  ** Ops Testing:  **   - **Timer Form Validation:** Operational test end times can no longer be set in the future. The current time is now enforced as the maximum allowable value. ** Drug & Alcohol Testing: **   -  **Unscheduled Test Fix Sync:** Test result status updates now sync correctly with Unscheduled Tests. Backfill updates have been applied to repair missing links and align historical data.  -  **DAT Export Enhancement: **An "Observed Collection" column has been added to both the Tests Results export and the DAT Results report.  ## April 9, 2026 Release ## **2.1.31** **Drug & Alcohol Testing**   - Collection and scheduled date range filters now require both a start and end date to be selected before results can be applied. - "Select All" is now available within Test Results filters - Resolved an issue in Onboarding where, after selecting "Add Applicant," pressing the Enter key now advances users to the next step, even if no user match is found. ## April 1, 2026 Release ## **2.1.30** **Ops Testing**    - Mobile App - exceptions list in Operations Tests is now alphabetized. - The end time portion of the gird form can be edited up until the current moment, but not in the future.  Qualifications & Certifications   - After a user is designated into a qualification, if the status changes in any way, the status does not revert back to designated.  - Can now import CSV of External Completions   ## March 17, 2026 release ## **2.1.29** **Ops Testing**    - Test filters now support cascading selections, making it easier to narrow results while keeping relevant options available. Checklist Updates ** ** - The checklist assignment option has been renames from "Assignment in Mobile App" to "Assignment in User App," with an added tooltip to better explain its purpose and behavior.   Qualifications & Certifications - Qualification requirement screens now display requirement IDs, including for existing records, making audits and references easier - Combined qualification and certification cards are now available in the mobile app even without service, ensuring continued access to critical information.  - Blocked data uploads when a Drug & Alcohol Testing specimen status is expired. - Prevented automatic overrides of STS review status. - Fixed a display issue causing an extra scrollbar on DAT report tests. - Improved table readability by collapsing manager lists. - Corrected the DAT Results Custom Report so positive test results display properly. - Updated Unscheduled Tests exports to include manager information. - **Checklist Permissions Update:  **Checklist permissions have been updated so users with view‑only access can truly only view, without assignment capabilities. - **Active / Inactive Checklist Toggle:  **A new toggle on the Checklists tab allows users to quickly switch between active and inactive checklists. - **Offline Mode Landing Page:  **When an internet connection is lost, users now see a dedicated offline landing page. - **Territory Qualifications in User App:  **Territory Qualifications are now visible directly in the User App. - **Test Time Validation**: Users can no longer submit an event with tests outside the event start/end times. - **Ops Test Display**: Future tests no longer appear in OmniTrax Operations Test records. - **Follow-Up Plans**: Manager field now auto-populates in DATe follow-up test plans. - **Export Fix**: Filtering by Test Name no longer breaks PSE/Ops Test exports. - **Group Pool Workflow**: Added functionality to pull group randoms in the randomizer. - Reports now reflect the accurate date range selected *Operations Tests (mobile app)* - When selecting employees to add to a test the app will show the first 100 employees in the app *Safety Engagements (mobile app)* - Clients not using Form Fox will no longer see clinic search results. - In the Randomizer, columns have been added to the Active member export to track employee's managers - In the Randomizer, duplicate pool members are now flagged. - When filtering trainees, the clear filter button will now fully clear any filter history set by the user. *Safety Engagements (User App)* - When adding employees/team members, the first selected employee will no longer disappear when changing search criteria.  *Qualifications (Admin App)* - Qualification Dates appear in the logged-in user's timezone. - The ability to search for an assigned user on a qualification has been added. - When creating a Certification Card the option for a YYYY birthday format has been added. - When adding a completion manually, the manual completion now reflects in the user's history. *DAT Unscheduled Tests (Admin App)* - If multiple lab accounts/panels are available, users can now select from any in the list. *Onboarding (Admin App)* - When ordering a test, the 'Physical' test type is now removed. ### 2.0.08 (01/03/25) *Checklists (Admin App)* - The ability to upload a checklist completion with documented proof such as a paper checklist has been added. *Qualifications (Admin App)* - A new type of card has been added that allows for extending the qualification date. *Qualifications (User App)* - Qualification Cards are now visible in the User App. *DATe (Admin App)* - Alerts will now be visible with a red dot. ## 2024 Release notes ## December RELEASE (12/13/24) ### 2.0.06 *Drug and Alcohol Testing (Admin App)* - In Unscheduled Tests Lab names are now validated based on what is entered in DAT. *Operations Tests(Admin App)* - The field order has been updated in the Records Tab as well as in the export to be easier to read. - Additional filters are now available on reports. *Operations Tests(User App)* - In the Exceptions Tab the Exception Cards are reformatted to highlight the employee name and expiration date. *Onboarding(Admin App)* - Clients are now able to create tests with physical exams. ## November RELEASE (11/8/24) ### 2.0.03 *Drug and Alcohol Testing (Admin App)* - Spacing has been added in the results table to improve readability. *Checklists (Admin App)* - The Checklist history category and task order match the order on the checklist info tab. *Checklists (User App)* - When a Designated Instructor goes to sign off the last task, they will now have the option to sign off the whole checklist. - When signing off the whole checklist the modal now says 'Cancel' instead of 'Not Yet'. *Operations Testing (Admin App)* - When running a report, the start and end dates are now required before the submit button is available. *Safety Engagements (User App)* - The 'View PDF' option should now show for all Safety Engagements if a PDF is attached. ### 2.0.01 *Operations Testing (Admin App)* - The search bar on the records tab has been removed. - The records tab toggle for inactive and active users has been removed, and both inactive and active users are visible. - The Employee Summary report now requires the employee's name to be entered before running the report. *Operations Testing (User App)* - The Exceptions Tab filter defaults have been changed to default to 90 Days and after clicking on a qualification the exceptions that show are specific to the requirements. *Checklists (Admin App)* - When adding trainees to a DI during a limited trainees assignment, the list is now limited to the users in the DI's group. *Drug and Alcohol Testing (Admin App)* - An Option to "reset" a specimen order has been added. - Adding a manager is no longer required when ordering onsite tests in the Unscheduled Testing Tab.  ## October Release (10/25/24) ### 2.0.0 *Drug and Alcohol Testing (Admin App)* - Unscheduled Testing now available with the DAT module *Drug and Alcohol Testing Exceptions (DATe) (Admin App)* - This new module is now available *Groups/Operations Tests (Admin App)* - In the settings for Operations test goals, users now have the option to have either the Event or each individual Test count toward the goal. *Operations Tests (User App)* - When opening this part of the app, the Requirements tab now opens first instead of the Events Tab ## October Release (10/4/24) ### 1.35.9 *Drug and Alcohol Testing (Admin App)* - When Company Authority is selected a default value of NLK.NON1.REF will be set for the Lab Account - Hours of Operation are now visible on the order form *Onboarding (Admin App)* - Date of birth is now being updated on the order notification from the order form if the field was blank *Checklists (Admin App)* -
