Ops Testing 
 
  • Test filters now support cascading selections, making it easier to narrow results while keeping relevant options available.
Checklist Updates

  • The checklist assignment option has been renames from "Assignment in Mobile App" to "Assignment in User App," with an added tooltip to better explain its purpose and behavior.  

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Qualification requirement screens now display requirement IDs, including for existing records, making audits and references easier
  • Combined qualification and certification cards are now available in the mobile app even without service, ensuring continued access to critical information. 
  • Admins can now precisely select with requirement groups and checklists count toward certification designations, ensuring users statuses clearly reflect what is complete versus incomplete.

  • Checklist Permissions Update:  Checklist permissions have been updated so users with view‑only access can truly only view, without assignment capabilities.

  • Active / Inactive Checklist Toggle:  A new toggle on the Checklists tab allows users to quickly switch between active and inactive checklists.

  • Offline Mode Landing Page:  When an internet connection is lost, users now see a dedicated offline landing page.

  • Territory Qualifications in User App:  Territory Qualifications are now visible directly in the User App.

  • Qualification Export Improvements:  Exports from the Qualification Detail Page now include the same information shown in the table view.

  • Timeline Display Fix:  Resolved an issue where a green status bar briefly appeared during revocation while the header still showed “revoked.”

  • Draft PSE Saving Issue:  Fixed an issue preventing Draft PSEs from saving correctly.

  • Supervisor Selection: Users can now remove and re-add themselves as supervisors in Ops Test forms.
  • Permissions Update: Users with view access can now assign qualifications; permissions export updated.
  • DAT Result Report: New customizable report in Admin App with filters for date range, result type, test type, authority, MIS category, and missing results.
  • Group-Based Visibility: Admins now see employees only in their assigned group across DAT, DATe, and Onboarding; “supergroup admins” can view all groups.

  • Updates have been made to the completions screen to make it easier to read and navigate.
