Accounting Acumen: Skilled in owning the complete accounting cycle, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, preparing financial statements, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Leadership: Expertise in strengthening infrastructure with a tactical approach, designing, building, and running business applications, controls, and reporting systems.
Communication and Collaboration: Skillful communication to manage finances efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

You live within an hour commute of our Oakdale, Minnesota headquarters regularly for in-person meetings, training sessions, team-building events or as needed.
